Roughly 25% of SilverCloud knowledgebases are hosted by SilverCloud (the rest are located on-site at their respective organizations).  SilverCloud partners with BayRing Communications and World Path for hosting services.  Bay Ring and World Path provide some of the most secure and robust services in the business. Their facilities house multiple optical connections to Tier 1 providers.

SilverCloud and BayRing hosting includes uninterruptible power supply service with generator and battery back up, 100M burstable internet connectivity, fully redundant and monitored network backbone, redundant climate control systems, monitored and alarmed building security, 24x7 client swipe card access, locked and secured rack mount cabinets, optional telco services, diesel powered generators,  and of course 24x7 emergency technical assistance.

System Monitoring

To protect the system from unauthorized use and to ensure that the system is functioning properly, SilverCloud continually monitors our systems. The system is tested daily using cutting edge security monitoring software and intrusion detection programs.
