SilverCloud API

Silvercloud uses a number of SOAP Web Services to enable communication between knowledgebases and other applications. Some of these services are well suited for system integrators wishing to extract information from or insert information into a Silvercloud knowledgebase.

Silvercloud Web Services are XML Web Services using SOAP. Even with SOAP services there are a variety of ways to construct and invoke Web Services.

Our API can be used for integration into applications such as Microsoft SharePoint portal, online banking, CRM and Help desk systems.
