Users of SilverCloud can track, store, and search their email, internal documents, issues, meetings, customer questions, contacts, and web site content. With our new Connected Information System users can also track the history of all their content and express the connections and relationships between all the different content types - bringing together email, issues, meetings, people, and documents.  

The new SOAP/Web Services communication framework allows for seamless and secure searching and communication between different SilverCloud knowledgebases. This provides a flexible means of information control and distribution for the different groups within your Credit Union. Our SOAP API provides an open, standards-based, entry-point for organizations that want to integrate others systems with SilverCloud to insert or extract valuable information.

New secure messaging functionality allows organizations to provide their customers with personal answers to sensitive questions without using insecure communication means like email or the telephone.
