Organizations utilize SilverCloud as the front line for email.  As SilverCloud will answer the large majority of questions, it dramatically reduces incoming email (up to 90% reduction).  Email questions that do come in are managed and captured to the knowledgebase.

SilverCloud allows service reps to quickly pull up customer issues by any criteria including name, email, phone, or reference number (or any thing else you care to track)

SilverCloud monitor email for member replies to both open and closed issues, re-opens closed issues if a member replies to an email.
