Contact Management - 

The Contact Database allows users to store and track information about specific people that an organization will interact with on a day to day basis. (customers or employees) People who submit questions into the system will automatically be added into the contact database. 

Organzations can track specific data on individuals and communication and issue histories.  Documents, email, issues, content, and more can be associated to individuals or groups.
