Yes.  SiteCapture Pro allows exporting your drawings as native Dynascape Design files and as industry-standard DXF. 

The DXF file format is the common file format used in the industry for sharing drawings between design software products. 

DynaSCAPE: There is a direct import of SiteCapture Pro drawings into DynaSCAPE. No DXF transfers are needed and the drawing is opened as a native DynaSCAPE working Drawing.
