SiteCapture Pro exports all of the layers used as you create your drawing.  Some CAD and Design tools import DXF files onto a single layer such as an Import layer.  Unfortunately we have no control over how these applications import files.

If your drawing has been imported as a single layer, there may be tools that would allow you to move items in the drawing to different layers.
