When drawings are created in SiteCapture Pro the tabs actually switch between layers. 

Each tab has its own layer however unlike most drawing and design tools, the management of putting certain drawing information on different layers is all done automatically.

When a drawing is exported as a DXF file, the information on each tab is exported to a different layer.
