There are two types of 'Palm' devices. PDAs that use the Palm operating system and also PDAs that are actually from Palm like the 'Palm Treo'.
SiteCapture Pro requires a mobile device using PocketPC 2003 or Windows Mobile 2005 or later versions of these operating systems.
Devices using the Palm operating sysem or those other than the PocketPC / Windows Mobile versions mentioned are not supported.
The PalmTreo pda comes in different versions. For instance the Palm Treo 750 from AT&T uses the Windows Mobile operating system. If you have a Palm Treo.. just make sure that is uses the Windows Mobile Operating system rather than Palm operating system.
